GenStar offers a Difference in Conditions (DIC) Program that includes Earthquake, Earthquake Sprinkler Leakage, and Flood.

Atlas General Insurance Services, an RPS Company serves as the Program Administrator, headquartered in San Diego, California.

  • Difference in Conditions, including Earthquake, EQSL and Flood
  • Ordinance & Law is available
  • Habitational (Apartments, Condos and Dwellings), Office, Wholesale Trade, (Warehouses), Shopping Centers, Retail Trade, Hotel/Motels
  • No Piers, Wharves, Docks, Gantry Cranes, Pipelines, Dams, Bridges, Tunnels, Storage Tanks, Automobile Dealerships or Municipalities
  • No Earth Movement Coverage
  • Up to $5,000,000 per occurrence
  • Policy term aggregate for primary policies with locations in California.
  • $2,500,000 maximum for policies with locations in any other U.S. jurisdictions
  • Maximum individual policy TIV: $75,000,000
